honestly...there are dozens of cams that "have" made over 400rwhp in an A4.
but honestly, for ever cam i see that makes it...you see 2 or 3 of the same size that DON'T make it.
these cars and the dyno's they are run on vary so much its hard to really give an answer.
but honestly you best bet is probably something custom spec'd.
off the shelf would be something like the Torquer V2, or the Futral F13 or 14, possibly the high lift versions of the futral cams.
some guy on here has a 230/230 .6xx cam spec'd out by Pat G. i think and made like 420rwhp or something rediculous like that on a stalled a4.
but i think that's unusual

Torquer V2/3
TRak
F13
F14
G5x2
Anything in that realm could hit it. But then again, it depends if your dyno is as tight as a virgin on prom night or as loose as a $2.00 hooker...

ls1s rule!
just backing up chris
on a serious note... a cam that gets 400+rwhp is going to be "streetable" in the way many would say, but it all depends on what you consider is streetable
that being said... with a good set of heads 224/224 cam can make 400, otherwise anything with a healthy lift and 230/230 or bigger
