Is anyone running a 116lsa cam in their FI setups? How much more will 116lsa raise the peaks? Does it really make that much of a difference over 114lsa cams? I have a new 218/228 .558/.558 115lsa blower cam in the box, but I really still like my TR224 114lsa cam I used to have. Even though I know it's not a "blower" cam I would still like to try it. Thanks for your input.

Joel,
I guess the blower cam should work ok. It's not too big and not too small. If I don't like it I can always change it later. BTW, How's your tranny holding up? Does JG build trannys that will handle a blower? If you can send me some info. about JG's. Good luck with your new setup. I bet you can't wait to cruise RT.1
Take care.

I got a 214/218 .540/.550 114lsa cam in my 372 iron block motor, I wanted to go bigger, but going bigger can hurt you...
If I do decide to upgrade it will be a 224/226 .580/.590 117lsa type of cam.....
If you do a search in the forced induction section I had a huge thread going about blower cams...

Den,My car is taking alittle bit longer than I thought ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
Should have it back together in about 10 days.
I would go 400 with a blower,U can make a 4L60E work but IMO it wont last more than 100 runs if u are hard on it.
Once I kill my 4L60e I'm gonna go with a T-Braked 350 with a lockup converter.I wanna run a single fogger setup tirggered by DFI GEN VII.
See u soon bro..

Damn a fogger setup??? Man that would be sweet!!!
Yeah I know a TH400 would be the best route but I wanna make the 4L60E last as long as possible. I know over camming a blower car can hurt, so I'll try the 218/228 115lsa cam. If I don't stop changing my mind I'll never get my car done

I know u want streetability Den..U could always run a Rossler 4L60e which seems to be holding fine in that 3600lb 422 C5 that CARTEK just built.
That car is running 10.40's threw a Rossler 4L60e.
U might wanna call them.
10lbs of boost along with your tuning and Joes heads should make for a lethal combo.
Hope to see ya soon bro..

I'm getting 8psi.![Sad](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_sad.gif)

Joel,
Do you have the number to Rossler? Did you ever hear of a guy named Ziggy? He's here in NJ. He's supposed to be pretty good too. He goes in and replaces all the weak stock parts. I have his business card, I can call him too. But I'll call Rossler as well. Thanks for the tip.
