How much power at the crank can a stock LS6 support?
I have a 2004 Z06 and am ready to order a twin turbo kit for it complete with injectors, boost a pump, and predator tuner... However my question is at the crank how much power can this engine support?
The kit is rated at about 6 psi, and claims to create 530RWHP roughly.
I know I will need to do a clutch, but I am worried about this bein too much for stock internals?

At 5 psi with a proper tune, you should be fine. If you have an intercooler, meth isn't necessary, but it never hurts either! Again, detonation is the enemy, so make sure your tune's up to speed.

I would not just rely on the pedator tune. Go get a dyno tune. The stock bottom end will live at the 530 mark but I would be saving for a forged bottom end and some 72cc heads. The biggest factor is going to be the tune, it may last a while and it might go boom before you know it.

I don't think the opinions are really all that mixed, unless your weighing in opinions from outside of this thread. Basically, you should be ok aside from the Predator tune. A dyno tune is really in order.
I actually have an STS kit that I have yet to install because my car was my daily driver until Last December and I couldn't afford to grenade the motor and be without a car, so I was gathering the requisite forged internals. That and the fact that I was seriously injured back in August and am unable to walk due to a shattered femur. Anyway, good luck with your build!
