Bo you would see some great gains if you blended in the top cut of your valve job. It doesn't take much work at all to do.

Is that PRC done? it has no chamber work, and VJ blending?

That is a stage 1 head with no chamber work. The valvejob is blended to the bowl.

The pics I posted of the PRC LS6 heads are before any hand finishing of any sort. They are right off the cnc machine. They have a little bit of finish work prior to milling & assembly!

so let me get this right.. your home boys at PRC actually do hand jobs on "1000's" of mass produced heads?

wow awsome.. both of my set still had all sorts of tool marks. Good to know

I think most do around the valves at least. Look at my 2nd and third pics, you can see where they were hand blended.

The hand blending is the VJ to the bowl,not the whole runner.
