Default summit racing roller rockers?

any one have any input on summits roller rockers? building a budget heads cam motor for my truck i know that are going to be better then the stock stamped but any outside input would be good. if anyone has an economical alternitive i'm open to suggestions.

Just re use the stockers or get em done by harland sharp.

i had a set of harlands fail in one of my high rpm motors a couple years ago. left real bad taste in my mouth. how are the yella terra?

Not sure on yella terra, i have heard the scorpians are pretty good for the price.

I would pick the YT's over Scorpion. Scorpion had a lot of failures. They were supposed to redesign but the jury is still out. As for the stockers, Comp new makes a new bearing/trunnion kit for them so you can update the bearings yourself. As for aftermarket, the YT's are nice rockers.

I have the Summit ones. Nice set. Havent had them on for long but I think they work good and they dont cost and arm and a leg.

I'm pretty sure summit doesn't make them. I would pull a big picture of them up and/or call summit. I think they are scorpions.

if you are on a budget just reuses your stock ones, there are alot of people on here the use stockers on their HCI setups with no issues... and if you really want to be safe just order the comp cams trunnion upgrade kit from summit for the stock rockers and they will live forever, it will eliminate the needle bearings coming out of the rockers.

I used the Yella Terras in my previous 408 build and love them. Does anyone know who actually makes the Summit rockers?
