Stock or 1.7 aftermarket ones. I'm running the Yella Terra 1.7's with mine. The Yella terra's, TSP231/237 cam, and the Comp 918 springs make for a surprisingly quiet valvetrain. Much quieter than my old dual spring setup.

Definitely stick with stock ratio. YT's are a great investment, for peace of mind. Stock will live for quite a while but HAVE broken under the right circumstance(spun well over 6k constantly).
