Like I said, I got my pistons from my machine shop for about $225, but if you search around you can find them on the web for about the same. I have never ordered anything from them before, but enginekits.com has them for $250 and the rings for $100.

@$24 each(summit)
These are dished i was kinda hoping for a flat top.
LQ9 Piston from Speed Pro: H1129CT ($375 from RockAuto)
Note that these are also designed for a floating pin (not pressed like the LQ4) so you will likely need different rods as well.
Another option if you have a stock bore (4.00") would be to seek out a set of used LS2 pistons. I have seen a set with rods go for as little as $150 on eBay.
Scat Pressed: 26100944P
Scat Bushed: 26100927
These both go for around $300.
Again, a used set of LS2 rods may be a better way to go (financially) especially if you are keeping things rather tame.
im around 10.7 with milled 243, .060 over lq4 pistons.
flat top not really necessary. and the dish has bit more of ptv clearance than a flat.
