Default L33 cam, intake, tb, selection help?

I am about to start a mild build using a L33 5.3 (couldn't afford ls1) I am looking for advice on cam choice primarily, but since I have to buy a ls style intake manifold any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'd like to make ls1 power I hear thats not hard to do. I don't have a vehicle picked for the swap yet but am looking for a s14 nissan 240sx or 3 series e-36 bmw but really don't want to spend $3000 for a set of headers. so any suggestions for swap canidates would be appreciated as well need 4 seats. and if anyone could point me to some l33 or 5.3 build threads that would be awesome, thanks for your help

You can click on the performance trucks tab at the top of this screen and browse through there. Lots more 5.3 combo's on the truck side of tech. The weight of the car, what you plan to do with it, and how much street driving you plan on doing will greatly affect camshaft selection. I realize you don't have a car yet so you can't answer the weight question. Do you plan to drag race, road race, drift, or is this gonna be just a fun street car?
