My UNcorrected dyno numbers; 423.3HP/392.2TQ This afternoon I will repost the corrected numbers, which should be surely higher. Mods in sig. No track times yet, the car won't stay on the road now with stock tires

My car went 10.88@125.5 (1.49 60') with stock pistons/rods/crank and the GTP stage 2 truck heads and TR230 cam. I did, however, freshen the motor up with new rings and bearings. The rebuild had about 500 miles when I ran those times.
The stock shortblock will hold up to quite a bit, if tuned properly!

We ran the "10.99 Magazine shootout" yesterday at Ennis with our cam and head package.
We had the fastest stock bottom end G5X-2 cam and head package yesterday at Ennis in the GMHT Magazine shootout. Maggi Stutt's 99TA with G5X-2 cam and LGM heads ran 10.85 @123.8 mph with a +1300 DA and 3380 race weight and 1.46 60' time. and a 6.87 1/8 mile at 98.6mph.
This bottom end has never been apart. It dynoed 442rwhp 408 rwtq with a 410 12 bolt rear and 4400 stall.
Thanks

Typical newer design Heads & Cam LS1 Fbody cars do 420-445rwhp/380-410rwtq
Properly prepped (sticky tires, clutch, and a 12 bolt) times range from mid-ish 11s to into the 10s.
My older h/c package did 400rwhp/387 rwtq, and I ran a best of 11.8 @ 118mph on a 1.61 60' time.
