I saw these cams on ebay being sold as regrinds. Was just curious if there even worth the $125 bucks?

that cam really isnt even worth swapping IMO. 220/220 will maybe get you 10-15 hp. look for soemthing like TSP 228R or something high 228's to low 230's (50+hp) in the for sale section if you want a cheaper cam. [i dont trust ebay] or you could go for peace of mind and just buy a brand new cam, preferably a custom grind so you get a cam for your wants/needs. it doesnt cost anything extra so its the eprfect option in my book

I have had one of this guys regrinds in my 5.3 for around 15k its a
218/224 .550 .550-112 no problems with it. I just recommend cleaning it really well, mine had a lot of metal shavings still hanging off it when I unboxed it.

No one seems to have anything bad to say about these? Just not much power from the one originally posted. I know cams fairly well so I don't need a total explanation but the 220/220 is duration? Or what is it. I know the lift for sure. What specks are considered big lift and duration? I plan to run nitrous so this may effect the cam I choose now. Thanks for the info in advance.

That 220/220 is the duration @.050 lift.
Everyone's thinking of a 'big' cam are different, but I would say a cam in the 239*+ duration is pretty large for a streetcar, and like over .600 is pretty hefty as well.
Unless your spraying 250+ shot, the camshaft doesnt mind nitrous.
