Home head porting
off eBay, and used an electric die grinder (ditto)
with a dimmer for speed control. I made a deep-
reach flap sander out of a piece of 1/4" round
stock with a lengthwise slit cut in it, with a Dremel
cutoff disc, to hold a piece of "plumber's roll".
I think I had less than $30 into it all told (grinder
and burrs), the rest was stuff already on hand.

I will try to get pics up when i'm done. I flycut my pistons & ported my TB this past weekend. First time for either. Got a little aggressive on the TB & cut thru a thin part lol. Can easily be fixed with epoxy though.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help.
That actually kinda scared me.... I don't know if what I was planning on doing is gonna do me any good now, without major bowl work, which I'm not totally comfortable with. I already had TEA do me their 5 angle valve job and the heads have been milled. I'm worried about screwing up the VJ or deck surface.
