All you have to do with the windage tray is use washers to space it down away from the connecting rod bolts. Cut away the section of the windage tray where the oil pick-up tube bolts so that it mounts directly to the main cap bolt and stays mounted in the correct orientation to the pan. Test fit the oil pan and spin the motor over 2 revolutions by hand. If the first connecting rod bolt hits the pan, break out the die grinder and clearance the pan a small amount. Test fit, spin the motor over, clearance a small amount, test fit, etc..........
I'd much rather do that (AND I DID) than spend $600 on a damn oil pan.

i am looking at the same type of build, big naturally aspirated..... so what is the issues with high compression and nitrous, can someone explain that to me. thanks whats the best setup
