Heads obviously with the right springs, ls6 oil pump, ls2 chain, ls7 lifters, hardened push rods the usual stuff. You can top it all off with a fast 90/90.

Thunder Racing has a package with the cam & AFR 205 heads that's set up for the cam on there site.

Im trying to decide which one will be the easiest to tune. I dont have a lot of faith in my tuner, but hes the only one around here.

Sorry if you mentioned it but are you A4 or M6? that could make a diff. A4 might need some tuning + a stall. I'd call TR and ask

Any thoughts on Trick Flow's GenX packages. Looks like the heads flow better, they come with a cam, rockers, correct length pushrods, bolts, gaskets...

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-K306-485-460/

Rocker arms not pictured but are 1.7 ratio, Camshaft specs are 216/220 duration, .560 in./.560 in. lift, 114 lobe separation angle. They have packages with more agressive cams

Perhaps running with 1.8+ rockers and then switching to 1.7 for smog checks??
