Reverse split cam, which heads?

Reverse split cam, which heads? didn't get much response in another section so I'm posting here. What is going to be the best head for my cam. Its a 230/228 612/588 110 -1 lsa. I have long tubes, ported throttle body, ls6 manifold, 85mm maf, 4000 stall with 3.73 gears. Shifts at 6500 and rarely sees the street. 5.3 vs a 243 head, what do you think?
a well ported 243 setup will outflow the 5.3L heads.
since its track only just about...i would say that's your best bet.

i run the X1 and would looking at the TEA stage 2 LS6 heads or save up for some TFS 215 heads.
