Default which valve springs and pushrods?

I was planning on buying a cam/springs/pushrod package from texas speed, but instead im actually going to end up buying a torquer v.2 from my buddy, but just the cam....so im going to need springs, pushrods, and a couple of other things. Can anyone recommened which springs? Price isnt really an issue but cheaper would always be preferred without sacrificing quality. Thanks in advance.

I do believe that texas speed still has a spring and pushrod combo minus the cam.

It says up to a .600 lift..now this is probably a stupid question but im still learning about this stuff. The cam I am buying has 595 and 598 lift, would it be cutting it too close to get something with a .600 lift limit? Or am i stupid? lol

Also, would it be worth it for me to do a double spring? I want the car to be reliable....is a double spring overkill for a basically street car with some track time?

I am no expert. But from what i have read, your lift being that close to the max rating is not a good thing. Seeing as you are teetering on the verge of .600 A dual is fine. I know there is a PAC spring that is good, I just can't remember the part# at this time.

Default Springs

I grabbed the same kit. Everything is included and there good till .650
Though they might be a lil much for the cam I'm going to use as it's just .588 lift.
Going on a LS1 5.7 not max effort so should be fine.

Yeah. I bought the patriot gold duals myself. But if you are wanting to save a bit of money. The TSP dual springs and pushrod deal saves a bit.

Although with the patriots and TSP pushrods, that might actually come out to the same price lol now that i think about it.

Either the PRC or Patriot Gold dual springs are the way to go. They are basically the same springs.

That is what I had on my stock heads with the torquer 1 from TSP. They worked great.
