swapping my old ls1 intake and would like to know if this is a real ls6 intake thanks.

Yes it is. The flat bottom and no egr hole is the ls6.
Ls1 intake on left, Ls6 intake on the right...

also ive been reading about if your doing a head/cam swap you should upgrade your stock injectors my car is a 99 with the 28# injectors will it be better to upgrade to these or stay with my stockers

LS1 intakes without EGR are LS6 intakes, so no they do not have the hump.
Edit: I dont know about vettes and EGR so there could be some bastard intake in there from the early vettes, but F-body intakes that dont have EGR are LS6 intakes, and do not have the hump. Earlier I was only thinking in F-body terms, I dont know about the non EGR LS1 intakes.
