I think you should re-write whatever you are trying to say because it is hard to understand. As for your question yes, you can change it from one crank to the other. If I remember correctly they are not too expensive and you might want to get a new one. You will have to have a machine shop change it though so save the cost from removing the old one and buy a new one.

Yes, the old reluctor can be swapped from one crank to the other. You'll have to have a machine shop or other specialized place that has the right tool do it, because it must be aligned and oriented properly to send the right signal to your PCM.

is it just me or does that new crank look like a 180 degree crank? Have you put them side by side to make sure they are the same?

Timing gear can be pulled off with a generic 3 jaw puller.

That is definitely a 4-cylinder crank - only one oil passage on the rod journals. An LS1 Crank picture is attached.

you might want to bring it to a builder or a dealer an compare them because that does not look right. i also just noticed that i think your talking about the oil pump drive on the nose that is not on the new crank. what about the big *** reluctor ring on the tail and the counter waits are totally different from the one you have. you might want to contact this guy you bought from

def a 4 cyl crank, and the gear can be pulled with the generic 3 jaw puller and put back on the new crank at the same location on the keyway, make sure the keyway cutout on the gear it was lined up with then press that bitch back on
