LG G5X3 vs MS3
LG G5X3 vs MS3 I done some research but haven't any threads comparing the two.
What are your thoughts on these cams? What would be the better choice for 150 shot?
I've seen a few clips on each and they sound somewhat similar on 112 lsa.
Finally, what kind of powerband changes can I expect from swapping from a 228R to either one of these?

these cams are very similiar! they both will start pulling hard bout 3500 to 6400 or 6500 i would think numbers on a 150 shot would be very close 2 just my 2 cents good luck
u can buy the ms3 on here uesd 4 around 250 but the guys think alot of the g5 cams!!!

I have the G5X4 in my car and works great..found a tuner in my area that actually knows how to tune a decently sized cam and its been all but flawless since. Along with tons of others,,I too think its BS that LG doesnt give specs out but whatever..throw it on a cam doctor and theres your specs!!!

And sooner. You should see some graphs where the MS3 is a bit lazier down low. The g5x3 seems to make a little more torque, especially down low. BTW, I used to run the g5x3 in my old 346 h/c full bolt on setup and loved it. I remember comparing similar setups to mine at the time that had the ms3 and they were 15 rwtq down if memory serves.

if I'm correct I actually think Vengeance Racings Vindicator cam is almost identical to the G5x4 and from what I've read,,now this is awhile ago,,,but I believe they got their cam to make alittle more power in the lower end and still have it rev high. I was gonna make the switch to it,,but they told me not too..The power gain going from my x4 to their vindicator wouldn't be worth it.
