If ya don't mind, I'll add I run pretty much the same cam(custom XFI 218/230 .605/.604 116+2) with PRC stage2.5 heads in my 99FRC and it has been a best of 11.0@124 1.54-60' all motor

yes,i used comp 918 springs and hardened pushrods.the cam will work with headers.i picked this cam because it's made to work with exhaust manifolds and nitrous, and the car is still quiet.

what's the da like where you run. I ran basically the same number .03 on motor off (same 60'), but da was only around low 2,000's. My mods are full exhaust and a 3k stall only

I'm A4 also.....so the 3400 stall worked well for ya? looking at the TR V3 & AFR 205's and the stall is the last piece of the puzzle.

yes,the stall works with my combo running nitrous.if your not going to run nitrous,i beleive you can go to a looser stall.talk to circle d or one of the other sponsors in the transmission section.
