I remember someone w/ a 224/112 passed, but was wondering if anyone has gone bigger?

I don't know about PA folks but here in California, it would be difficult to pass with that cam. I hear it's doable, but i've never met anyone who's pulled it off. I have a 224 114lsa and without tuning I don't know that I'd pass.

I believe the absolute largest emissions legal cam available is the Cartek "X" package cam. Although you won't find it advertised on their website in talking on the phone with Dave the spec's are 224°/228°, 0.580" on a 113° L/C.

Matt,
When I had the WS6, I did manage to pass, but just barely. It failed the first time, then just made it through the second time. Don't know it your familiar with knopp's on High Street, but Phil does a pretty decent job on getting things through.
My mods at the time were:
ARE SII Heads (shaved .030, 2.055I, 1.60E)
TR 224/224 563/.563 112
Grotts through RT Cats and SLP Loudmouth
LS6 Intake and MAF
...thats it for the major stuff.

mike,
yours is the one that I was talking about (passing). I'd be looking at a tr 224, and I'm guessing 114 lsa.
