TFS,AFR, PI, used ETP's,.....Save your $$$$ and you won't be disapointed. These are the best powermakers no dispute..... Heads are the LAST place you want to cheap out...Get budget headers etc... but not heads.......

call tony mamo at afr and have a talk with him. i think youll see its worth the money. budget heads are what leads to many (not all) threads here about "why doesnt my big cam, cheap heads setup with a fast ported by some random joe only made 410rwhp" get a cam to match the heads, not the other way around

I wouldn't cross Advanced Induction (AI)'s 243's off my list just yet. They are pretty affordable and have been shown to make very good power as well. Phil and Ron are very knowledgeable and would get you set up with a head that will work very well with your MS3. $0.02

all heads listed by the previous poster are great choices and you cant go wrong with any of them..But the op seems to be concerned with budget first..so with that you just cant beat TSP/PRC as far as performance and price go and i believe you can get a set of stg 1 ls6s for like 1100 bucks...
I hate to do this, but you dont even have to do a real search to find this. look in the last 3-5 pages in this section and you will find someone else asking the same thing. Read the stickies as well.
