Default which cam is better to get?

Im wanting to keep my car a sleeper! I was wondering which cam to get the torquer v2 or the 224r cam? Or is there any other cams that will give me a stock sleeper like idle? I need info asap! Im ordering my cam in the next couple weeks! Thanks guys

and my car is a ls1 t/a

i think thunder racing has some cam/head packages that would fill that role....scroll down on this link and check out the cheater cams

Neither one of the cams you chose would be anything near a "sleeper" like idle. Look at the link posted above or get something custom ground to tailor your needs/wants.

I've got the Torquer 2 and it lopes HARD... even with a 114 LSA you aren't going to get that car to have a stock like idle.

any cam with mid 230's duration or less and a 115 or wider lobe separation will idle smooth similar to stock. the wider the LSA, the less valve overlap, the smoother, less choppy/lopey (more stock like) idle you will see... hope that helps!

I would talk to Pat G about the EPS cams. A guy put down 430 to the tires in a LS6 w/ long tubes and a good y pipe and had a stock idle.
