Cam Question
Hi I just had MTI put a X1 cam in my car last week with FLP Headers. This is the first time I have ever had a cam. I was expecting the lope that this cam brought, but the car is dieing until it is warm. Should I rev the throttle to keep it alive until it is warm or should it stay on? It has died three times and the third time it didnt want to start up again? (I have an optima red top battery that I put in 6 months ago, new NGK plugs that were changed when the cam was put in, and MSD wires) I just wondered if this was normal and are there any tips you guys can offer?
Thanks

yeah, let it find it's own idle. that's the way my car works when i first start it. it will have to hunt a little bit and you will swear that it's going to die (it will drop as low as 200rmps) but it never does. i just turn the key and wait a little bit without touching anything.
