Bottom End.
Regarding the head/cam combo, buy the best heads you can afford, then spec the cam accordingly. Numbers aren't everything anyway, it's all about the combo, combo, combo.
Tell us a bit about the car.
Is the low shift rpm due to a sub-par intake setup (ls6)? You might even be maxing out the stock injectors with your current setup.

Car was in a front end collision fixed, but not well, I plan to first take car of all the body work and get her painted.
I really would love to keep my stock heads and just change the valve train and achieve 450rwhp if possible.. That would be awesome and yes I would love top keep it at the stock shift points if possible.
As for the motor its completely stock same with the trans I plan on doing the clutch soon, I just ordered ebay headers. I need to get a lid, port and polish my stock TB... any other suggestions on a cam valve train setup would be awesome thanks!

As for the numbers, can the stock bottom end withstand 450 rwhp -- absolutely (depending on how you get there). I'm sitting at 600 on spray and that's easily flirting along the edge of what it should hold reliably. 450 - 500 shouldn't run into bottom end shortfalls as long as you're getting there the right way.
As for your setup, if you're sitting at 420 rwhp with that cam on stock heads, 450 is easily within range. Slap a nice set of heads on there (TFS or AFR would be a couple good high-end choices; personally I liked the appeal of the budget head options too) coupled with a FAST intake and you should be getting very close. If you go that route, be sure to spring for all of the supporting valvetrain upgrades and the bottom end shouldn't give you much trouble.
