Default how does this setup sound?

well i dug into my motor a little more today, and looks like ill be doing a new rotating assembly. heres a list of what i want to do. what do you guys think about it? any advise on it?

TSP 383 rotating assembly(forged crank,rods,pistons)
Ms4 cam
PRC ls6 heads
patriot dual golds
harpland sharp rockers(or something similar)
7.4 hardened pushrods
42lb injectors
fast 90/90
ls7 lifters-or should i do better ones?

hows this sound? i will probably end up spraying a 150-200hp plate system but only at the track.
i want 480+whp n.a. btw its a M6 car.
thanks-curt

480rwhp would really be pushing it if you were on a Mustang dyno, but with a good tune & exhaust setup I think you have a decent chance of hitting that on a Dynojet.

Anyways, it sounds like a good setup! What clutch & master cylinder are you going to use? just dont forget to budget in new bearings & gaskets

well might be going with a 408 now. which heads would be better, prc 5.3 2.5 heads or prc ls6 heads, or trickflow 220cc as cast heads with 59cc chanbers?

with a bigger bore motor consider PRC215 or PRCL92 heads .

All Pro 245's may be my first choice.

ETP 245's or PI 245's would be tied at 2/3.

Not sure if AFR has theirs out yet or they would be up there too..

bringing your thread back... I'm not much on the flycutting topics, but what made you stick with the 383 and not the 408? My first thought to reach at least 500 on a 408 spending the least amount would be custom grind cam, ported L92's (very respectable flowing heads & much cheaper than AFR, ET, TFS, etc.), ported LS3 intake & tb, 1 & 7/8" headers. I probably should've turned my 365ci build into a 403 with this setup but oh well.
