I'm sure you will be more than pleased with them.

Nice, I just got a new set of heads too and it is a nice feeling. You went all out though with the intake I'm guessing you had him port and a new cam too.

With the port work, opting for the lightweight valves, and then some other little tweaks Tony made to optimize my setup, they came up closer to the heavy end of $3K than the light end... But hey, quality aint cheap!

The motor is going to consist of:

TSP LS2 402
-15cc Wiseco Pistons
Compstar Rods and Crank
Worked 205s w/ lightweight valves, 60.5cc chambers
Mamo Ported Fast 102
Yella Terra UL Rockers
Morel Link-bar Lifters
ARH 1 7/8" Headers
Mamo Spec 234/234 114+2 Cam

For those who remember my other post about the CheaTR H/C package, Im basically rebuilding the entire car, so its quite a project that will likely take several more months to complete. Still waiting for the Shortblock from TSP at the moment since Wiseco I guess was having a shortage of bar stock to make the pistons from.

Ive also been out of work since February because of an industrial injury, so havent been able to do any hard labor on the car, im just relegated to doing touch up projects and such until Im back to strength.

Its a long ways off! And it sounds like my injury is gonna require surgery in the next 4-6 weeks, so unfortunately it could be a while before its back together... but itll definitely be rewarding!

You're pretty much doing what I am. I have a massive list of things that I have to go through and do. I'm just slowly trying to check them off one at a time.

My Morels showed up today, but are these the right lifters? The link bar has a "V" shape to it, unlike the other LS1 versions Ive seen, but its possible its just an updated version?

The sticker on the box has the right part # (5206), but it also says "5274 Warhawk Linkbar" written in pen on the top of the box... Sounds like they got them mixed up?

Heres a couple pics... What do you guys think?

Just for reference, they are the warhawk lifters, but was assured they'll work fine in the LS blocks. It's just the LS linkbars that won't work in the warhawk block.
