EVEN if those 59cc heads were the "ls6 style" Patriot heads (welded chambers, thus providing a bit more ptv clearance), I seriously doubt that'll work without flycutting. My cam's intake duration wasn't far off from the cam specs in your Thread Title, and with my 60cc heads, I only had .020" intake clearance.
I wouldn't advise this setup unless you're willing to measure, and if needbe, flycut.
If you're wanting to run those heads with the 224 cam, I would assume you'll have enough clearance, but you should STILL measure.

I had the TQR II with patriot 243's milled to 60 cc. IMO you SHOULD flycut, my patriot golds inner spring failed, and 3 valves hit the pistons ever so slightly (valves were not bent, slight mark on three pistons) Even if they never hit, it was tight, alot tighter than it should have been ptv wise.
However, I spun this old setup higher than I should have so it's most likely my fault, and it went 40-50 passes at 7300 rpm.
