Good point, or even a mix 'n match of standard and oversize...some knucklehead wanna-be blueprinter might have bought two or more sets and used bearings from each set to get the clearances he wanted, then boxed up the leftovers and returned them.

Note to original poster: this is why it's important to measure every single bearing bore in assembled & torqued form before dropping in the crank.

Well, here's an update. I scrapped all the bearings and bought new ones from a different parts store and measured them and I got the clearance I needed. Now the crank turns easy as can be. Thanks for all the help guys. I just wonder if Sealed Power maybe might have stamped the wrong bearings with "standard" instead of .010 under.

Just an FYI, another thing that will cause this is having the main caps in facing the wrong direction. I know you solved your problem but this is something I run into with customers from time to time.
