so ook you got a car and you need help wit it.... its coo i had the same problem dont worry look in here youll find all the information you need.. if not also get a book.. in autozone they sell this book that teaches you how to build .. a cam motor, boost, spray, and tells you how to do everything step by step, it tells you wats the best parts to replace and modified and it tells you the avarage prices and differences in the horspower. just get it and read it. it helped me out a lot. trust me i already have my 2 ls1 car and my 4th fbody. and im helping my brother wit his 00 trans am.. and 01 ss. just read and itll help.

go easy on him guys... i was like that at some point.. back whn i had my 86 z.... an lts are stone age.. but yeah its true on something whn i first got my 01z i ran 13.7 M6 all stock and my brother in his 01 ss 13.6 A4 all stock and i only paid 6000 for my car ... now i have a beast...... 00 ss m6 h/c/i 4.10 gears on true duals .. and its a big diffrence from a stock car...
oh the noise will go away with draining the oil and running it like your 'lude boi said ta do then go do some smokey burn outs it will help loosen the effect the iii had on the motor, after that take some kerosene and put four quarts in the oil pan then start the car and rev it to about 4000 rpm's. then do us all a favor and put 10 gallons of kerosene in the car and throw a flare inside the car!

Aite guys so I let tha car chill with sum royalourp ova tha says 2 see I'd tha sound has gone away but my motor still ain't purrin rite an makes this badd sound. N not bad as n good, like bad as n bad.
So imma strt lookin 4 a new ls1 cause mine was fuked up when I got it I think. Wht all do I need 2 do 2 pull tha motor? Me n my boi, tha ma scentist gonna rip apart tha block. He does wondrs with jdm motors
