The TFS heads have about .050" more P to V than a stock GM head with the same 2.04" valves, so that's a pretty good amount of clearance in my book.

I know lots of guys who have run upper 230's at .050" cams with 59-60 cc TFS heads without issues.

You should not have a problem with any cam you choose.
Oh really?

trick flow under rates the springs on their heads.the springs will handle more lift.vengeance racing and EPS sells trick flow heads, they have a good idea of what cam works best .

The 0.600 lift rating is that listed for the Trick Flow 215s from some suppliers, Summit Racing for example. That rating is presumably related to the spings included, not the cylinder heads. Total Enigne Airflow, for example, lists fully assembled 215s with a 0.650 lift.

(I got my 215s from TEA and had them assembled to my specifications, which is the advantage of buying from a head assembler as opposed to a warehouse supplier.)

I am going to go with the 1.7 yella terra rockers on mine.as cast 220 trick flow heads.7.50 pushrods came with my heads.I was told the 7.50 work in most of the trick flow installs.Still need to measure to make sure.

I'm running trick flow's 220 as cast that came in a kit from Vengeance Racing. The cam is a comp cam ( 236/238 w 601/605 lift) & yella tella rockers. Also installed a Fast 92, 92 throttle body and under-drive pulley. Running Kooks LTs through GMMG's pipes,no cats. Laid down 466 hp at the back tires. Had to limit rpms because of stock bottom end. The engine had plenty left at 5500. I couldn't get it hooked up at 1/8 track here in town. Ran in the low 8's with 7.896, 95.25 mph best. If I could drive I know the car would do better. I built the car to road race and it's a beast on the road course. My car is a 6 speed car. Hope this helps.

Did you make up your mind on what rockers your going to use? Some swear by the comp trunion upgrade with 7.625 rods and .090 shims and others say yella terra. I personally have the shims,11/32 x 7.625 pushrods and a set of upgraded stock rockers in my basement. Im not sure which way i will go when i install them but i will keep this bookmarked for more opinions.
