I know of one person that made 420rwhp w/ stock 241 heads, SLP Headers, Hooker Catback, Lid and G5x2 i believe.
I also know of one person that made 411rwhp w/stock 241 heads, Longtube Headers, dumps a lid and a 228R cam. Both were M6 cars.
They may have made near 450 with the addition of FAST Intake and a pulley?? maybe.
Both trapped between 119-120 in the quarter.

like others said before, you dont need 450rwhp to go 11s
i went 11s on stock internals
my first cam only setup yielded 11.29 @ 122
and my current cam yielded 10.84 @ 127, and had the potential to go 10.50s
where in PA are you located?
you need to get tuned, and if you want a cam, id say go w/ a 230s duration. i love my cam but its more for the racer mentality, tho there is 2 others running my cam
