Default comps 216/220

I got a comps 216/220 cam installed. Would it be ok to spray 100 shot or would I need to get it tuned?

it did get a nitrous tune a month or 2 ago ......

I would spend the money on a Tune, I gained 31hp and around 30tq from a tune with that cam. Its a great nitrous cam , loves the juice.

i did get a tune with my stock and the bottle , i just want to know if it would be alright to spray ?

I wouldnt spray it until you get it tuned with that cam.

Go back to basics "start small, monitor KR and adjust tuning; then go bigger and so on"

What kind of nitrous kit is it? and is it wet or dry. I would go back to the dyno and make sure your AFR is right first. If it's a wet kit, always tune the motor N/A then tune the nitrous to the motor...

Good cam BTW I was able to squeeze 402rwhp out of it N/A. Had to retard it a couple of nothches above 3000 rpm but i'm shooting 150 dry.

Do an A/F check. If its cool and the there is no KR, spray with a wet kit. I'd say stay away from the dry kits unless you tune and run a little rich to be safe.

I think he has a wet kit. But BOWTIE why are you so freaked with dry kits??? dry hit harder, but the 5177 is very safe and with 150 shot, very pleasing also. (44 jet).
