Default Blue LS6 springs?

My LS6 valvesprings showed up today, but they're blue. Part numbers match up, but I thought LS6 valvesprings were yellow?

They changed. There's countless threads about it. Same spring, just a different color.

I disagree. I believe the yellow springs are the sodium filled lighter springs - it would appear yours are not those.

It would appear you don't know what the heck you're talking about, just read a bunch of articles and started vomiting bits of them back out.

As posted they are now blue. Hecho en Mexico for your convenience. I sent mine back and went with PAC 1218s instead.

Well, as long as they're the same springs I'm ok with them. The later LS6 springs (post-update to 7 coil) are apparently a good spring, and I'm only running an '01 LS6 cam, so I should be fine. Thanks guys!

I bought LS6/ZO6 springs back in 2003 and each one was individually packaged and said "Made in Germany" on them. Gm said they were good for 100k miles.
