How long have you had it in there? I heard quite a few people have valve spring issues with that cam.

this.....the cam in my sig was recommended to me by Predator-Z and i couldn't be happier.....i don't know much about what most of the numbers mean, but he said 9* overlap is excellent for a stock cube LS1 without running into driveability problems......110LSA on LSL lobes is the bee's knees ......it makes NASTY power down low, and the tuner said it had the flattest torque curve he's ever seen

this is the only decent idle video i have after it was tuned, doing some rolling burnouts on stock gears.....i asked for the idle to be set at 750 or so and he ended up setting it at 825

You don't need a large cam to get a good Lopey idle, just less LSA. Go with a 226 duration on up to lower 230's with a 112 or less lsa.

I run the same cam with a 111 lsa, also recommended by Predator-Z. It's a great cam!

i'm going to check out a 2002 Z28 A4 tomorrow to buy as a daily driver, i wouldn't have a problem intalling this same cam in that car when i eventually get around to modding it......i would probably get it cut on a 113 LSA for an automatic though

I ordered a torquer v3. 231/234 .643/.598 on 111lsa. YouTube is a good place to hear cams. The v3 sounds pretty mean I think. I didn't buy it for sound though.

V3 is what I'm getting too. A fairly vast improvement over the V2, especially down low.

I think a v2 would be best for you. I just wouldn't want to get to high of a lift cam and have to replace the springs all the time. I have an auto so I am going with the 228r on 111 or 112 lsa. If I had a manual I would probably go with something 230's

Futral FM11, makes amazing power for what it is, drives better than stock, sounds like this http://www.streetfire.net/video/2000...ons_143471.htm

Do a search on it, you'll be happy with what you find.
