My new heads are:
Patriot Performance LS6/LQ9 Heads
Chamber 64 cc
100 200 300 400 500 550 600
_072 140 202 244 280 291 304
_065 124 160 196 220 226 229
"The LQ9 head is GM's 6.0L head used on various GM trucks. This head has the same ports as the LS6 head and flows identical however it offers the larger combustion chamber at 71.06 for a lower compression."
I'm impressed with the quality of the CNC work, and the overall appearance of these heads.

I was considering which heads to go with.. decided on the bigger valves & LS6 design. Jay was really cool with swapping out the first set I got.. he was never really satisfied with the initial numbers.. so he spent the better part of the weekend and met me on the island with these.
Actually- they both are good heads- PP and Absolute.
J-Rod's car is proof of that, and I think my car should do well also.

This thread was definitely not dial up friendly but it was worth the wait. I think both heads looked good. Anyone have close up pics of other sponsor's heads? I just thought it might be a good comparison if there were close ups of each head.
