Question for Torquer V3 owners.

Question for Torquer V3 owners. I have the torquer V3 (231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA) with LS6 2.5 heads and get surging at 1500 - 1600rpm consistently when I'm just cruising. The car has been dyno tuned. Is this something that is just the nature of the cam or is it a tuning issue?
Could be caused by any number of things, most of which are way over my head to understand with tuning.

Give us some details on the tune, it probably is tune related.
To be honest, I think I got mine running pretty damn smooth.
PS: I could never get it perfect in SD mode, regardless of what people say, it was way too sensitive to weather changes.
It ran great with the maf enabled.
