You might want to check your duty cycle. I have the same cam and logged the car at the track. 99% duty cycle. Got my injectors re-sized by FIC. Will get them in the car soon. My car is a 2002 Z/28 that came with 28 lb injectors stock. I'm willing to bet you are out of injector.

Second the weather in CA ***** on a lot of other states I've been to.
I can actually drive my car year round any month any day, lol. Sucks for people who live in heavy snow areas where they are totally handicapped by weather and have to put their car in storage come winter.

Have you ever cruised through Monterey, some of the most prime real estate in all the land. EPIC!!
Highway 1 is nice too for a cruise, it's just always too damn crowded.

So you could blow your engine by not having enough injector? I just thought the car would die with not enough fuel to spark. I still have much to learn.

LOL! at "Mr Sunshine", yeah Napa/Calistoga is pretty sweet to cruise through year round. We just did a cruise last year going through Napa.

My fiancee and I were in awe over the castles and winery's in Napa/Calistoga. So sick. San Fran was to much for me. There's no way I could drive my WS6 there.

Results are in!!!! I just posted up everything in the Dyno Section.
Final results were 365 rwhp and 346 torque on stock injectors.
Looks like the injectors held up just fine with this cam.

Thanks man. I think after I get it smogged in December, I'm gonna throw headers on there and retune it. Then I'll have 2 years of smog free fun
Who knows, maybe "Commiefornia" might pass the test only smog test and skip the visual inspection all together

An LS1 with a smaller than 220 intake duration will go over 80% above ~5,500rpm.

+1 on that.

A two minute pull on a dyno isn't the same as holding sustained high rpm and load.

Man, all this talk is speculation.
Get it to a tuner and find out where your injectors are at. It wouldn't hurt monitoring fuel pressure as well.
Based on that info, then make a decision whether to upgrade or not.
I heard this, I read that is a lot of BS.
