Default torquer v3 questions

I am getting ready to cam my car and Im leaning on the torquer v3 over the v2 because most people say its a great street cam. I have heard both ways that I either need upgraded rockers for the higher lift and that I don't. Which is correct? What is recommended? Thanks

Thought I would add if it makes any difference im on 4.10 gears in an m6 01 car and I was planning on stock ls2 heads for now.

The stock rockers will work great with either of these cams. If your set on upgrading the rockers I recommend doing the comp trunion upgrade to your factory set. We have the kits in stock and ready to ship. http://www.texas-speed.com/p-361-com...s-engines.aspx

I run the V3 and like the guy above me said: it's a great cam. With your 4.10s and LS2/LS6 heads it will be a fun car. Drive-ability will be awesome if you have a good tuner.

Thanks for all the info guys. As far as tuning goes I use hptuners so I have endless time to iron everything out for driveability. Glad to hear good stuff about the v3.

What size shot were you running? Is it safe to spray on the stock bottom end with a cam?

Do you have to change out springs after the 20k mile mark??
