Help me pick some internals for my build
Car is a 01 ws6.
So far I plan on keeping the stock crank and having the ls6 block machined to re-use to keep this somewhat budget friendly and spend the money on the rods and pistons where it counts.
The motor is going to stay mostly a stock top end this next summer with a cam and next year go big on the top end hopefully since the bottom end will be done.
I plan on going with a big cam/200 dry shot.
So here is my dilemma . I'm no expert when it comes to rods/pistons/rings but I know most nowadays are pretty good. The power goal next year is going to be high 400's on motor and whatever it net's with the 200 shot.
I know some pistons come with ring set's and some don't. Which work well with nitrous and for the ones that do come with ring sets, can you just swap them out for a better set or are they usually made to fit by brand? Like I see that Wiesco come with rings but Diamond doesn't
Next, I see I-beam and H-beam rods. Would one hold up to nitrous better than the other, or perform better because of weight/strength?
I'm sure I'll have other questions about machining the block etc. down the road but I would like to figure this all out first as there are so many options.

Also the Mahle pistons come w/rings, have an anti friction grafal skirt coating,
as well as a thermal barrier top coating.
