Default Milling ls6 heads to get 10.5-11 to 1

Heres my set-up, I have a set of ls6 243 heads & a torquer v2 cam with a FAST 102. Motor is a iron block 5.3 that has been bored to ls1 specs. How much should I mill my heads to get around 11 to 1 compression? Will I be fine with PTV clearence? Is it worth it to have them milled?
