Default Power making a4 cam still streetable

Car will not be driven every day but would like to be able to still have the drive ability. Stock ls1 motor with about 50k on it, a set of 5.3 heads smoothed out and supporting bolt ons. This will be in my z28, car has a built 4l60e and a 3600 stall converter. Looking for a cam that will make good power and like a jug of juice every now and again. Please send me to the right direction! Thanks

Cam Motion 228/232 612/612 grind would work well...
And I might add most if not all vendors here make something very similar to that and there is a reason for that, it works well in a lot of applications.
If wanting to go custom I'd recommend Shane at Thunder Racing or Allan at Futral MS.

I like my Torquer 2 from Texas Speed. A4 Yank 3600. Drives like stock.

These all sound good. Will be talking with a few sponsors today. Liking the cam motion or a custom spec cam for my set up!

Use something in the 228/236 .590/.600 113+5 range for best results. Car will need 3:42+ gears.

I run a comp 273xer it's 224/230 .581 .588... I run it with a stock converter And it still has great streets manners...this cam doesn't lose any power at all down low compared to stock. My next mod is going to be a 3600 stall for sure....

I forgot to say but my car has 3.73 gears. When I'm cruising at 55 my rpms are right at 2000 which is the beginning of the operating range for my cam, perfect for jumpin a punk mustang lol! Pulls like an animal
