Looking for cam bearing pics....
I will still have a shop mic it to be sure.
Just wanted to compare before I lug this chunk of steel back and forth

Not the greatest pic but yes...thats what I was looking for.
Mine is GM and has what looks to be a witness mark from the block machining ? A very fine spiral line look that has no ridge (as if it spun) and can't be felt by a fingernail.
No discoloration of the block like it was heated...so maybe....just maybe...only the cam and bearing took the punishment ?
Machine shop will be the know-all, end-all....fingers crossed.
In my experience, you may run into a situation where you simply don't have enough bearing clearance. I had to have my cam turned over .002" on some journals.
