Default Settle a debate: Max WHP and WTQ for 402ci NA motor

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong section but I found it the most applicable. I'm trying to settle a debate with someone. There is a person on facebook that is claiming to have a 402ci, 13:1 cr, running 113octane racegas, NA with no spray. He said it put down 650whp/690wtq on the dyno. I call BS, most 408's that run NA with no spray(all motor) put down an optimistic max of 550wtq at absolute best and 450-480wtq average.

some excerpts from this person

Jeff XXXXX Hell yea I got a bored 327 in my camaro 13:1 comp runnin 113 octane.... Dynoed 650hp 695lb/ft at the wheels... All motor... Going thru rebuild right now

Jeff XXXXX I mean 60 thousandths over.... It's about a 402cui small block....

Will:Is that NA?

Jeff XXXXXX I'm running a bored 327.... 80 thousandths over.... Lunati cam... Dominator 1350cfm carb... Chevy 202 fuely heads ported and polished.... Homemade headers to dual straight 2 1/2 in pipes.... Full locked rear end on 10 1/2 Kelly superchargers

He continues to deny any power adders and saying it's all motor. I call BS and ask for dyno sheets. He says he doesn't have it anymore but then comes back with this.

Jeff XXXXXX Alright I was wrong about the power rating... And yea I'm running a 4.10 full locked rear end.... True dyno sheet states 647rwhp 620lb/ft of torque... Sorry for te wrong numbers

So guys, 2 final questions. Do you think it's possible for the specs he has given to make those claimed numbers

Do you think he is full of BS?

A 402 could make that rwhp N/A, would need a nice set of heads/induction and some decent RPM. The torque though, not a snowballs chance in hell.

Edit: Just read again and understand this is a Gen 1 SBC now with "202 fuelie/camel hump heads"/etc. Not a chance! LOL that thing might make 350hp at the crank, and is way over carb'd to boot.

First of all there is a ton of BS info in his posts. A 327 .060 or .080 is not going to make 402 ci. He says chevy 202 fuelie heads which would lead me to believe he is talking about old school small block chevy stuff. He is obviously some punk and sounds like a redneck that doesn't have a clue what the heck he is talking about. Why in the heck would you even get into a conversation with this guy?

He would be dreaming to make within 50 of those figures on an engine dyno (flywheel #s).

This guy isnt worth the time and energy you already invested just thinking about it....

Classic entertainment though

^^^^ (when he rolls his sheeet on a real chassis dyno and see's 175 less....LOL!!)

HP is one thing, but how about damn near 700wtq? Btw, the cam he quoted was something like a 650 lift.

The OP did. Just because me or you can have the baddest 358 with RFD heads, 15:1 CR, .900" solid roller etc. etc. doesn't come close to the motor this asshat described saying it made outlandish numbers.
