I had Dennis @ AFD do some mild port work and a valve job for me on my new project. He knows his stuff and does excellent work. Looks like you do too! Time for a 9"...

Hey, on a semi-related note, on the exhaust pocket: My 243 heads have some machine grooves there, apparently from then the seat was factory cut/installed/whatever. I don't see evidence of these in your exhaust ports; did yours not have them or did you open up things far enough to eliminate them?

what a coincidence I read your 241 head port thread a few months back and went back to it again yesterday now today I see this one. Nice work dude! Ive seen a few local machinist that "supposably" do hand porting... seen there work and it doesn't even come close to looking like yours. I like to do stuff my self may practice on some old 97' 339 vette heads
