Ah that's interesting, last year they didn't have any pictures. They told me not to take any close up pictures whenever I decided to pull the trigger and purchase their head work.

Hmm well I just went through my emails with them and they never said that to me my bad. But I swear I remember a guy selling his AI heads and said he couldn't post close up pictures. I guess he was trying to rip someone off.

I can see immediate differences between the TSP CNC port posted here and the AI port pictures i posted. Doesn't mean there is enough info in a picture to steal trade secrets though........

With these heads cut .040 (total) I still had a minimum of .105 of PTV on both valves

You can go bigger on the durations. When I talked to Phil, using a 230/238 camshaft, the lowest you can go on your combustion chambers is 63cc's without PTV issues. They just put that cam on there because it is a great daily driver and reliable cam. Easier on valvetrain parts.

I have that exact cam, it drives like stock. I wish I went this route along time ago. Tons of power everywhere.

i like the fact material was taken out only where needed, most of the port floor was left alone.and the chamber work looks excellent as well, better than most i've seen,at least on here anyway.

T-ReX v.2 - 242/248 - .608/.612 - 110 lsa

3500-6900 RPM Power Band. Violent mid-range & high RPM power.

Requires computer tuning, 4000 converter on autos, 4.30's or greater depending on transmission. Works very well with nitrous and proper tuning.

Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.

Due to the extreme nature of this camshaft, piston to valve clearance must be verified when using modified cylinder heads.

We port heads to get more air in! If there is more air, we need more fuel!

MORE POWER TAKES MORE FUEL!!!

If youre worried about mileage, buy a honda and stop modding a Chevy V8
