Siq plug wires (I ordered them in black but I am sick of shipping stuff back and forth):

All new hydraulics w/ remote bleeder. Did the drill mod as well.

Having some issues remembering a few of the wires, may need some help identifying a few.

Pushrods actually showed up today. Were not supposed to show up for another week. Hopefully I can meet up with my tuner this weekend to get a base tune on it and start putting some miles on it! Still have a decent amount of work to do on it, but I should have some time to get it done.

Car should be ready to rock tomorrow. Just need to get some time to get it tuned so I can start it and put some miles on it.

I was kidding about the vacuum leak, lol. My front main seal leaks so I still have some work to do, but the motor sounds good which is a relief.

Just so everyone knows I have no abandoned LS1 tech with updates, I have been really busy with work and such. I have been having some serious issues getting all the air out of the clutch master cylinder and the car has been sitting due to that issue. Should have some time this weekend to hopefully get the rest out.

Took the car out for its maiden voyage! Definitely needs some serious tuning though.

Started base tuning the car today. Definitely drives a lot smoother around town. Still needs some work at idle (it actually stalls more often than before, but we did very minor work to idle so far). No WOT tuning until everything else is done. Probably get it on the dyno the weekend after this upcoming one!

WOW. We have WOT about 75% dialed in. For real, my car feels too fast to handle. You guys are totally going to laugh but I now know why people put automatics in their cars around 500whp. This thing is an absolute animal. 3000-6700RPM this thing is absolutely insane. to TSP with the 5.3 heads. Car should be on the dyno in about 1.5 weeks. I highly recommend this setup!
