Depending on what mods you currently have/how much you want to cheap out on some things, anywhere from 2500-5000ish for a heads/cam setup. The heads/cam kit on TSP is listed at 1700 IIRC.

I'm just curious, what is the casting number on those 5.3 heads?

No way to tell as far as I know? TSP machines "PRC" into the place where the casting number is supposed to be.

Well if you look on the passenger side head (towards the front of the car) there should be a 3 digit number stamped in

The casting is also casted between the valves underneath the rocker pedestal. Unless it's ground off. Mine says 1706 for my 706 heads.
