Brian Tooley Platinum springs hands down. No failures since they were put in use circa 2005.

I've got a couple of Brian's Max Pressure kits in use now in our motors, no long term results yet, but I was extremely happy with the machining quality and tolerances of the retainers, the minimal pressure spread of the springs and proper interference fit. We were using the very expensive PAC 1521 spring setup before. My issues with the popular "Gold" spring kits has always been poor quality on the retainers causing quite a spread in installed heights, and the springs themselves do not last very long and suffer pressure loss and sag with fast ramps and minimal time. I've got an LT1 coming up next, and I was happy to see that he's got a whole kit for those as well.
