I would recommend selling or trading the heads for a set of cylinder heads with a smaller combustion chamber. Regardless if its a 6.0 or 5.7 your still going to be a bit down on compression depending what chamber your stage 3s have, and if you have an LQ9 or
LQ4. If I were you I'd look into a different set of cylinder heads if its in the budget.

If you are set on the heads I'd get a 6.0 but it sure would be easy at this point to just get another set of heads if your ls1 short block is good.

It's a give and a take. Would more likely depend on how thick the deck is as to how much can be taken off in addition to the tarket cc's per chamber. Also this decreases PTVC and depending on the cam and valve sizes, would need pistons flycut as well.

I say sell the heads and get a set that better compliments your setup.

Wow 76cc chambers is awfully large. I would for sure sell them and get into something else. Your not going to be able to get to any reasonable compression level without a ton of work. On a side note those wouldnt even be a consideration for the LS1, valve size is much too you'd have a lot of shrouding issues. In all honesty if your staying N/A sell them, and get something a little better suited for what your trying to accomplish.

Glad to see your going to sell the heads. For what your looking to do you will be much better off with a set of smaller chamber heads.
