I was thinking about having a custom 224 with a 115 LSA made. Woulsd it perform close to the 224/114?

It is a functionally irrelevant change performance-wise.

The idle on the 224/224 .563 114lsa cam in my car is so smooth..I don't think I'd recommend a change to 115..

At a traffic light...after a few minutes there is the slightest hint of rocking...

Very very slight in my opinion..

At 45 years old..I wanted to keep the civility of the car intact but just up the hp a bit..

with the 224/224 114 lsa cam...and ls1edit tunning from TTP I think the end goal was achieved.

Good luck in whatever you decide.

I'm sure your going to love it. Congrats and with those lift numbers I bet you'll see some great hp too! Sounds like a great cam you've chosen.

Sweet! How much did the whole package run you? They are one of the folks I am thinking about ordering from.

Thanks for everyone's input!

Better idle, could have a slightly higher peak with a decrease in the midrange but the differences at this point could be 2-3rwhp.

I agree 100%. 1 degree will make very very little to no difference.

Does he have any interest in producing these?

I'm sure the billet one from whatever sponsor will cost approximately 2 billion dollars.

Both cams will be nice. The 115LSA will idle a little better but probally not noticeable. Should do very little difference HP wise.
